It’s me Neeraj Adhikari. I am 17 years old. Neeraj's mission is to help people connect with their spiritual side in whichever way works best for them. We provide a wide range of products and services to help people explore their spirituality, from books and meditation equipment to retreats and online courses. On an individual and cultural level, we believe that the more people connect with their spiritual selves, the more tranquil, loving, and joyful they will be. That's why we're committed to making spirituality accessible and open to everyone, regardless of race, religion, or affiliation.

About the Meditation

Meditation is a method of training attention and awareness, and also achieving a cognitively clear and emotionally peaceful and stable state, via the application of a technique such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a specific object, idea, or activity. Meditation is used in a variety of religious systems.

Why Yoga is Necessary for us?

Yoga is one of our most ancient happiness practices. Archeologists have found 5,000-year-old miniatures in India that appear to depict humans in yoga poses. Yoga first appeared as part of Hinduism some 2,500 years ago in the Indian culture in Northern India.

Many people in the West were familiar with one type of yoga practice called asanas, which means "postures" in Sanskrit. Pranayama (mindful breathing), meditations, chanting, sutras (yoga philosophy by the sage Patanjali), kriya (internal cleaning motions), and ethical precepts connected to compassion, selflessness, non-materialism, and nonviolence are all part of the complete tradition. Yoga has taken numerous forms throughout the years, including Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

More than 36 million individuals in the United States practice yoga on a daily basis now. They're probably doing one of two types of yoga, both of which are descended from Vedic yoga and consist of 12 fundamental postures with names like plow, fish, cobra, locust, and bow stance.

What is the purpose of motivation in the first place?

It's critical to find strategies to raise motivation since it helps us to modify behavior, build skills, be creative, create objectives, grow interests, make plans, develop talents, and promote engagement. Increased motivation has several health advantages.

Why Should we learn "Bhagavad Gita?

Among all Vedic works, the Bhagavad Gita is the most fundamental. Regardless of caste, creed, religion, or nationality, everyone who seek Truth, desire perfection, and are interested in a full understanding of everything have found this work by the great sage Vyasadeva to be charming. This sacred book explains the knowledge of life as it was spoken to Arjun by Lord Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, roughly 5000 years ago in the Mahabharata battlefield.

What is the Human Brain's Capacity?

A trillion brain cells make up the human brain, and each one is more powerful and intelligent than any computer on the earth today.

The universe's most sophisticated computer. The human brain can hold more information than all of the world's libraries combined. Our brain is extremely strong, yet it is only that. It may be used sparingly, even as little as an animal. It's possible that you'll misuse it. You could become distracted and use a bit here and there, resulting in a mediocre life.

Your brain is not just extremely strong; with correct application, it has the potential to become limitless. The more your brain is used, the better it becomes. The more you concentrate on one thing, the better.

Many people waste their intelligence and aptitude on meaningless activities like as listening to too much news or squandering time on social media. Don't get me wrong: social media may be quite beneficial, but it can also be used as a source of distraction.

Why should we need brahmachari lifestyle?

People may believe that a brahmachari is making a huge sacrifice by refusing to live. That is not the case. Yes, life is misery for someone who is merely a brahmachari by appearance. However, for someone who is genuinely traveling the path of the divine, the world's little pleasures will become completely irrelevant. External pleasures lose all relevance once you've discovered the deep delights of your existence.

The word "brahman" implies "divine" or "ultimate." "The road" is what "charya" implies. A brahmachari is someone who follows the path of the divine. Being on the divine path implies that you don't have any personal objectives. You merely carry out your obligations. You have no personal means of selecting where you should go in life, what you should do, or what you enjoy and detest; everything is taken away from you. It can be excruciating to do this if you're not willing to. If you do it freely, it will make your life so much more magnificent and beautiful since you will no longer be bothered.

You simply do what is required; life is so straightforward. You don't have to worry about the spiritual path or your spirituality after you've given yourself like that. It is looked after. You don't have to take any action.

Who is the supreme God?

I am the sources of all spritual and material worlds.Everthings emanates from me
Krishna is the greatest Personality of Godhead, who is the source of all things.

Lord Krishna not only claimed to be god, but he also demonstrated it when he opened his lips to reveal mother Yasodha the vast universe within his belly.

entirely free of the three material modes' effect.Beyond material creation, one ultimate entire supreme creator is eternally the same supreme lord god (Krishna).
